Our 085 and 1000 series "Hy-Drive" systems have been designed to meet the unique requirements of the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals, and Chemical processing sectors.
Our systems are designed to comply with cGMP and FDA-GMP and can be offered with IQ / OQ documentation and complete materials certification. We can also provide 21 CFR part 11 compliance and a PLC with an HMI and touch-screen interface with integral data logging of primary process parameters.
For production pharmaceutical applications, our systems are designed with excellent 'Clean in Place' (CIP) and 'Steam in Place' (SIP) capabilities.
UHPH - Production Homogenizers - features and advantages
Multiple synchronized intensifiers for continuous high-shear fluid processing with adjustable working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4200 bar).
Processing volumes over 2000 l/h with repeatable results.
Multiple options for temperature control, including pre-heating and rapid post-process cooling.
Documentation packs include the provision of DQ/IQ/OQ.
'Clean in Place' (CIP) and 'Steam in Place' (SIP) capabilities.
Processing options of piston gap valves and micro channels (interaction chambers) to ensure optimised and customised processing to match the application.
Wetted surfaces are polished to meet typical industrial pharmaceutical and biotech requirements.
Easy to use, maintain, and highly reliable, ensure lower ongoing operating costs than other systems.
System control is provided through a dedicated PLC with HMI and touch-screen interface with integral data logging of primary process parameters.

Patented Construction.
A unique intensifier design, called Hyd-Lok, uses a hydraulic clamping mechanism, rather than bolts, to lock the intensifier assemblies together during operation. The ability to open the intensifier assembly at the push of a button (without tools) offers enormous benefits for routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance, which the operator can handle easily.
Reliability and durability.
A robust electro-hydraulic system drives one or two (electronically synchronized) intensifiers. Each intensifier makes only 2 to 12 strokes per minute, keeping seal and other component fatigue to a minimum, resulting in reliable operation and a lower cost of ownership.
Simple operation.
A sophisticated PLC-based control and monitoring system allows the operator to operate and diagnose faults using menus. The PLC digitally displays the system’s temperature and pressure and has a communications port for connecting to PCs or suitably interfaced data loggers.
Temperature Control.
A sophisticated temperature control system enables pre-cooling or pre-heating (as needed for processing liposomes), post-cooling, and maintaining the process section at a constant temperature.
Easy to Service.
The wetted assemblies are easy to disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble.
